There is no cost. Our mentors volunteer their time and we facilitate the process for free. All we ask is that you are fully committed before joining so everyone can make the most of it.

On average you can expect to spend an hour or so with your mentor 4-8 times over the space of 12 months. Many do this through remote sessions with occasional face-to-face get togethers.
Our matching process is personalised. We ask all participants to list the skills and competencies that they are looking to either learn or share and we match you with a suitable partner. We always do our best to find you the perfect match!
Through our personalised process we'll carefully match you with a mentor who matches your needs. We get mentors who are board level CMO's with 30 years experience and likewise have others who have 3-5 years experience and can help in the early stages of your career development.
Prior to being introduced to your mentor you will be invited to an online induction and during the process we will check-in at regular intervals. You will also be given the opportunity to provide feedback when we send out the mentee survey.
We do our best to find you the right match but very occasionally the chemistry might not be quite right. If either party wants to bring the match to an end, then we facilitate this in a co-ordinated manner.
We support the relationships that we facilitate for a period of up to 12 months. After this point it's up to you how you want your relationship to continue.
You'll get matched with your mentor based on a number of factors through a human centric personalised proccess. You won't be able to specifically select an individual but we'll do that for you.
We understand things can happen which make continuing in the programme difficult to do.
If your situation changes, then please contact us and we can support you to end the mentoring relationship in a co-ordinated manner.

We run new cohorts every 3-6 months. We'll be in touch with you a few weeks before running a matching session to reconfirm your availability and then shortly after matching to get the process started and arrange a welcome session for you and your fellow mentees.
