Our Mentoring Programme
MET Mentoring is a free mentoring programme for professionals in the marketing, digital and creative industries, in Yorkshire and the North. It is designed to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in your chosen career. Finding a marketing mentor is completely free, as is volunteering to be one. We have mentors at all levels and mentees too – you’re never too experienced to progress! We don’t use AI or names in a hat. All our matching is done by an experienced team with your requirements in mind to give you the best industry specific mentor available. Typically a 12 month programme with monthly sessions.

Our Story
It was a lightbulb moment in the middle of the pandemic. There were many redundancies in the marketing community. Few opportunities were available for those trying to find a job. Like many companies at the time, MET Marketing wanted to do something to support them. So, we decided to use our network for good and set up a marketing mentoring programme. Our first group was launched in November 2020. Since then, we've grown to support hundreds of marketers through the programme.
